“Untying the knot” is the theme of our garden and our ‘Knot’ of Yew hedging is making its way to the UK from Holland. The ‘Knot’ represents the journey of our trainees from uncertainty to confidence. From its un-pruned outset, the hedging ‘finds its feet’ as it sweeps around the garden’s central space before cutting confidently through the knot and out into the wider world.
