With our Painting and Decorating Social Enterprise

The Bounce Back Social Enterprise is a business with teams of professional painters and decorators. Most are people who have either been through the prison or community training programme or have contacted us in the community. We offer the opportunity for qualified Painters and Decorators to join our team to gain experience, more training or as a stepping stone into further employment.

With our construction industry partners

Additionally, working with a large number of construction industry partners opens up a wide avenue of opportunities in other industry sectors beyond painting and decorating. These include a variety of job options on sites and we can assist with CSCS cards if required. To see our partners visit our Construction page

How we support you

We have a team of 4 full time Case Managers who will engage with participants as much as 6 months prior to release and continue for as much as a year (or even longer) post release.

Each case manager is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes possible for their candidates. Acting as a go between for individuals they liaise with employers to manage the process and facilitate the transition into work as seamlessly as possible.

Case managers offer 1 to 1 meetings from which they will formulate an action plan. In addition to offering help into work and additional construction training eg CSCS we can also help with the following:

self employment registration
travel and lunch expenses
time and money management
probation and job centre liaison
in work support
