Managing a caseload of participants across Pentonville and Thameside prisons returning to 6 London Boroughs you will ensure they are supported in custody and through the gate in the community based on their Individual Integrated Resettlement Plans. Their tailored support will enable the achievement of personal health, wellbeing, training and employment goals. You will manage relationships with a broad referral network including the five key partners of the project including; Bounce Back, Change Grow Live, A Fairer Chance, Rise Mutual and Be Onsite taking a multi-agency approach, ensuring your participants have individual support plans in place and all risks mitigated through providing a full wrap around support service.

A key focus of this role is to work with a caseload of Clients aged 18-24 within the London borough of Tower Hamlets who have been involved within the criminal justice system, or are at risk, have or have had a substance misuse problem or are at risk of developing a substance misuse problem. You will be critical to supporting candidates in building the emotional and financial resilience to obtain and sustain quality training and employment opportunities.

Working with our No Going Back team you will take responsibility for measuring, analysing and effectively reporting on the impact of the project. This role will ensure that all monitoring and reporting systems are robust, effective and provide a true reflection of the impact and challenges faced by the project. You will ensure reports are ready for both internal and external stakeholders, this will include a narrative descriptive on all data produced. For a full job description click here.


If you are qualified in any of the above and would like to share your skill with others to help them build a future in your industry please contact us. We are looking for several trainers to join our teams delivering our courses in prisons across London and in the community.


Ensuring participants have the necessary skills and awareness to (re)enter the world of work and you will be delivering both accredited and non-accredited training working across multiple projects within prisons and our community training centres. Facilitating motivational learning experiences for participants, making sure information is both relevant and wide ranging you will provide our participants a competitive advantage in the job market.
