We are currently specifically looking for:


Overseeing the management of the Individual Placement & Support programme (IPS) you will ensure that we provide high fidelity, bespoke support to individuals seeking employment and training whilst they continue to be involved in drug & alcohol treatment services within specific London boroughs. A key part of this role will be to lead on an employer engagement strategy and drive relationships with the local authority and partner services. You will be providing supervisory support to a small team of Employment Specialists and work alongside participant key workers and clinical staff to ensure the individuals we are supporting have the full wrap around support to access training and employment opportunities available.

Ensuring participants have the necessary skills and awareness to (re)enter the world of work and you will be delivering both accredited and non-accredited training working across multiple projects within prisons and our community training centres. Facilitating motivational learning experiences for participants, making sure information is both relevant and wide ranging you will provide our participants a competitive advantage in the job market.

Custody Intervention Coaches

Engaging with young adults during their detention in police custody you will be offering tailored support to enable the achievement of personal aspirations including training and employment goals. You will manage relationships with a broad referral network adopting a multi-agency approach, ensuring your participants have an individual support intervention plan to enable them to thrive. Community Resilience Coaches 

Working closely with Custody Intervention Coaches you will ensure a smooth handover of participants in their transition from custody. This includes creating and maintaining a clear individual support plan to enable them to sustain positive outcomes and divert away from a life of crime. For a full job description click here

DIVERT APP Case Manager (Contract to end March 2023) Borough of Camden & Islington.

Managing a caseload of young people, referred from the MET Police DIVERT app, that are offending or at risk of living a life of crime and youth violence you will offer tailored support to enable the achievement of training and employment goals and manage relationships with a broad referral network adopting a multi-agency approach, ensuring your participants have an individual support plans. You will also work closely with our associate partners Engage Camden and the Arsenal Foundation to share best practices and ensure participants are supported in their journey to success. Special positions


With a deep insight into the operational delivery of current projects, you will fulfil a key role within the senior leadership team, leading on the delivery of successful fundraising for the organisation to help generate and grow income in addition to managing a current portfolio of Trusts and Grants. You will be working closely with our business development colleagues within our parent organisation, Change Grow Live, to secure larger more sustainable contracts that will enable Bounce Back to increase the impact of our work and geographical reach.
