VCTF Engagement Manager

Are you passionate and proactive people person?
Do you thrive under the pressures of a changing environment?
Are you committed to Bounce Back’s belief that everyone has the ability to change and deserves an opportunity to do so ?
We are looking for someone who understands the issues and challenges related to NEETS, youth violence, offending and employment  to join a brand new project for Bounce Back in partnership with the MET Police’s Violent Crime Task Force.
The VCTF Engagement Manager is critical to supporting candidates candidates aged 25+ plus to divert away from a life of violence and build the emotional and financial resilience to stop offending and/or avoid custody.
