We have increasing demand for volunteering opportunities and this role will involve working across Bounce Back to create engaging volunteer programmes with corporate partners, No Going Back Livery members and supporters that are not only engaging for partners but offer meaningful opportunities for participants to learn, develop and progress.
As a Volunteering Lead you will work closely with Senior Bounce Back colleagues to create a blueprint for the exciting expansion of volunteering programmes which have the potential for volunteers/companies to offer investment and or sponsorship for further programmes.

As a Team Manager you will be supporting the Head of Engagement & Community Delivery with the smooth running of the case management function across multiple projects. This will involve tracking and monitoring the quality of our delivery and working closely with Bounce Back Data & Impact Lead to ensure the impact of the team is captured and celebrated.
