Case Manager – Resettlement – circa £24,000

If you like routine and need a map to navigate your way at work, then stop reading.  We are looking for a go getter who thrives working in an environment where no one day is the same. 
 
We hope to recruit someone who can either design their own map or use their instinct and professional judgement to lead the way.
 
Our expanding team is looking for a dedicated Case Manager to support a group of participants to secure training and future employment after leaving the criminal justice system. You will be providing through the gate support and working directly with external agencies to ensure your participants have the full wrap around support they need to be start a successful career.
