CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP LEAD

Are you a good fit for the Corporate Partnerships Lead? You’ll love this job if you love to network, have all round great communication skills and have some experience business development, whether with trusts and foundations or tenders. You might already have experience of developing and working with corporate partners as part of their contributions to social value, or have equally great transferrable skills that would be perfect in this role.

Base: Southwark Bridge Road, with travel across London, both inside and outside of prison as required

Salary: 39,200 per annum, 37.5 hours per week

EMPLOYER RELATIONS LEAD

Are you a good fit for the Employer Relations Lead? You’ll love this job if you love to network, have all round great communication skills and have some experience in employment services or recruitment, sourcing employers who want our help to fill their job vacancies, job matching and more.  You might already have experience of employer relationship management, as well as lots a good understanding of the labour market and the additional challenges someone with a history of offending or substance use has to get and retain a good job with prospects. Or equally you have great transferrable skills that would be perfect in this role.

Base: Southwark Bridge Road, with travel across London, both inside and outside of prison as required

Salary: 39,200 per annum, 37.5 hours per week

Are you a good fit for the Employment & Support Coach ? You’ll love this job if you love to working directly with participants, and are great at fostering relationships that ultimately lead to the people you support achieving their training and employment goals.

Salary: 31,000 per annum, 37.5 hours per week

EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING REFERRAL COORDINATOR

Are you a good fit for the Employment and Training Referral Coordinator ? You’ll love this job if you love working as part of a team and like a mixture of participant engagement and administration.  There’s lots of variety to the role, working across prison and community settings.  No two days are the same.

Base: Southwark Bridge Road, with travel across London, both inside and outside of prison as required

Salary: 26,000 per annum, 37.5 hours per week

TUTORS in PAINTING AND DECORATING, DRY LINING AND MULTI SKILLS

If you are qualified in any of the above and would like to share your skills with others to help them build a future in your industry please contact us. We are looking for several trainers to join our teams delivering our courses in prisons across London and in the community.

Volunteering

If you are enthusiastic and would like to get involved with our work changing the lives of others by volunteering some time please get in touch. We have a number of rewarding roles in a variety of positions including office and more vocational ones.
