Bounce Back
Bounce Back Project is an award-winning charity that has transformed the lives of more than 10,000 young people and adults. We work to empower young people and adults with a history of, or at risk of offending or substance use, to thrive and contribute to a brighter future through our diversionary activities, training and employment pathways, particularly in construction trades.
We’re looking for an interim Head of Business Development. It’s a 6-month opportunity as a fixed term or self-employed option, with the potential for extension.
Your role will be to secure existing contracts and achieve our ambition of growth across all areas of our business aligned to our 3-year strategic plan. Our funding is generated from tendering, grant applications, trust and foundations, direct proposals, and corporate sponsorship.
You’ll lead and manage a small business development team, responsible for all aspects of income generation, with an even split of trusts and foundations and tender applications. You will have oversight and responsibility for retaining existing contracts, Identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities and working closely with the Bounce Back’s Senior Leadership Team.
