As a Team Manager you will be supporting the Head of Engagement & Community Delivery with the smooth running of the case management function across multiple projects. This will involve tracking and monitoring the quality of our delivery and working closely with Bounce Back Data & Impact Lead to ensure the impact of the team is captured and celebrated.
