Working with Change Grow Live we are able to offer more support to our participants.
That means we can now build on our successful track record to do more for the ‘whole person’ and those who come to us for training and jobs can benefit from broader expertise.
Within the Change Grow Live family we are looking forward to being able to enhance and expand on our work to build a stronger offer for individuals. This means that with their well-established reputation in health, wellbeing and substance misuse, together we can support people from early intervention through skills training and into employment.
Like us, Change Grow Live have a strong belief in people and are passionate about helping them change the direction of their lives and live life to its full potential. Working together sharing the same ethos, we are able to achieve more for our beneficiaries and our staff.
We are also creating a more complete volunteering and peer programme, as well as developing the social enterprise, so we can offer more jobs ourselves to more people alongside the work we continue to do with our employer partners.
