IPS – Individual Placement and Support

In partnership with the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID), the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, and Jobcentre Plus, Bounce Back works with job-ready participants in the Tower Hamlets area who are seeking employment, collaborating with local community organisations.

The program places a strong emphasis on sourcing jobs through local employer networks. It supports both employees and employers, benefiting from the expertise and experience of a dedicated Employment Specialist throughout the recruitment process and beyond.

Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is a specialised form of employment support developed and delivered by Bounce Back in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
