Previous construction industry experience is not required to join any of our training programmes.
You can access our training courses in one of two ways:
Within any of the HMP Prisons where we train
To take advantage of the opportunity to get skilled and gain a qualification in preparation for release applications can be made with the relevant person in prison. Look out for our posters on the wing where you can find out where to apply or contact activities. Our courses run between 5- 16 weeks.
Within the community
Anyone interested but not in a prison can apply for training in the community on our programme. Contact us if you:
– will be leaving custody soon, or have already left
– are a relative of someone or connected with someone who has been in custody
– are from a prison or probation with people you would like to refer
