Bounce Back is a Charity Foundation and a Painting and Decorating Social Enterprise focussed on the training and employment of ex offenders on their release from custody. This is when re-offending is most likely to occur so support and a job at this crucial time can make all the difference.
We firmly believe that everyone has the ability to change and having launched with HMP Wandsworth’s Department of Learning and Skills, London Probation Trust and now working in several prisons, we offer training, work experience and employment to offenders at the end of their sentences using the skills developed both in custody and on release.
By putting these skills to immediate use, Bounce Back acts as a 'bridge' between prison and full time employment, and gives people a chance to see a career path, gain confidence, obtain a reference to move on or, in some cases, stay with our team.
